Digital Sales Coordinator – FOX
44 (WFFF-TV) / ABC

We are looking for an energetic Digital Sales Coordinator to join our digital sales team. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to digital advertising campaigns, supporting campaign setup, management, and reporting for the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities- Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant staff.
- Assist with special projects as needed, performing product, industry, and competitive research and documenting findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, or Excel.
- Work closely with partner departments to gather and organize information.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with others across the company.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role; experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including professional phone manners and in‑person presence.
- Adaptability to competing demands with a commitment to high‑level customer service and responsiveness.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Highly resourceful team player capable of working effectively independently.
- Self‑starter with strong decision‑making capability, emotional maturity, and the ability to follow through without supervision.
- Strong data entry and analytical skills.
- Forward‑looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Professional polish and customer interface ability.
- Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Experience with PowerPoint a must; familiarity with Excel and Google Docs.
- Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
