Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic Digital Sales Coordinator to join our digital sales team. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy and follow-through of orders related to digital advertising campaigns, supporting campaign setup, management, and reporting for the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines, and requests.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant staff.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, performing product, industry, and competitive research and documenting findings in concise format via PowerPoint, Word, or Excel.
  • Work closely with partner departments to gather and organize information.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with others across the company.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role; experience in Digital Ad Ops, Ad Tech, Media, or Advertising is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including professional phone manners and in‑person presence.
  • Adaptability to competing demands with a commitment to high‑level customer service and responsiveness.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Highly resourceful team player capable of working effectively independently.
  • Self‑starter with strong decision‑making capability, emotional maturity, and the ability to follow through without supervision.
  • Strong data entry and analytical skills.
  • Forward‑looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Professional polish and customer interface ability.
  • Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with PowerPoint a must; familiarity with Excel and Google Docs.
  • Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
