HVACR Service Technician – KC Mechanical Commercial Kitchen Appliance Solutions
KC Mechanical is Vermont’s trusted partner for the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment. From refrigeration to hot-side appliances, dishwashers, and walk-ins, we keep professional kitchens running smoothly.
We are looking for a motivated HVACR Service Technician with a few years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance services on a variety of appliances (hot and cold side)
- Work directly with schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and other commercial kitchens
- Communicate clearly with customers and document service performed
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful, team-first culture
- 2+ years of HVACR or refrigeration service experience
- EPA and Natural Gas certification preferred (we can assist with licensing/training)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive, professional attitude with customers and coworkers
- Valid driver’s license
