KC Mechanical is looking for an experienced refrigeration technician to join our growing team. If you’ve worked on commercial coolers, freezers, walk-ins, and reach-ins—and want steady, local work with a company that respects your trade—we might be the right fit.

We’re a locally owned small business with nearly 30 years serving restaurants, schools, and food service operators across Chittenden, Lamoille, Washington, Franklin, Orange, and Addison Counties. We’re not corporate—we’re real people who support our techs and do business the right way.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience with commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R

• Solid diagnostic skills and hands-on mechanical ability

• Clean, professional work habits and strong communication

• Comfortable with service tickets and basic tech tools (iPads, etc.)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs

Experience with commercial kitchens is a plus—but we’ll train the right person with strong refrigeration experience.

Position Details:
