Assistant Superintendent

Position: Assistant Superintendent Role
Ellis Don is looking for an Assistant Superintendent in Cold Lake, AB, to drive construction efficiency and compliance. Be part of innovative projects while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This position involves supporting the Superintendent in overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring that all activities meet project specifications. You'll help develop schedules and assess manpower as well as maintain safety standards across the site. Solving potential problems and optimizing project performance will be key to your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of on-site construction work

• Support the development and implementation of construction schedules

• Oversee safety compliance during work performance

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders

• Update and analyze cost reports to keep the project on budget

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction-related field with 3-5 years of experience

• Experience in scheduling and contract management software

• Preferred knowledge in Civil Infrastructure/Bridge or Commercial projects

• Ability to identify problems and execute solutions effectively

• Must have or be eligible for CSID Secret Level Security Clearance
