Elevate community projects by joining SE Design and Consulting Inc. as a Development Planner in Cold Lake, Alberta. This role emphasizes land use planning, technical writing, and project coordination for community development.

SE Design is seeking a Planner to enhance the Development Planning team with Area Structure Plans and subdivision applications. With a degree in Urban Planning and at least five years of experience in land use planning, you'll engage in multidisciplinary projects.

Your role will focus on client communication, documentation preparation, and ensuring compliance with municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Area Structure Plans and outline planning documents

• Coordinate subdivision designs from concept through approval

• Interpret municipal development plans and bylaws

• Conduct site analyses and land use assessments

• Prepare high-quality technical planning reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Urban or Regional Planning

• Minimum 5 years in land use planning

• Strong technical writing and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
