Imperial is searching for a Well Site Leader to oversee contractor crews during well servicing tasks. This position enhances safety standards and requires relocation to Cold Lake. With a commitment to building strong team dynamics, you will manage new well completions, maintenance, and abandonment activities in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise contractor crews in well servicing operations

• Ensure adherence to safety and company standards

• Coordinate effectively with rig and service teams

• Lead new well completions and maintenance tasks

• Conduct abandonment activities as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED minimum

• Technical diploma or degree preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and safe driving record

• Minimum 10 years of well servicing operations experience

• Prior experience as a Well Site Supervisor preferred
