Position: Water Treatment Plant Staff Position
Play a vital role in Cold Lake’s water treatment services. This position involves both manual labor and technical skills to maintain plant operations and ensure environmental compliance.

As a Water Treatment Plant Staff member, you will support the daily operations and upkeep of wastewater and water treatment facilities. This includes a variety of physical tasks such as treatment processes, disinfection, and conducting necessary repairs. You’ll ensure quality control through proper sampling and testing protocols, maintaining the high standards of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support safe operation and maintenance of water treatment

• Engage in treatment and disinfection processes

• Execute various manual labor maintenance tasks

• Perform system repairs and preventative upkeep

• Conduct sampling and quality testing regularly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Class 5 Driver License is advantageous

• Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks

• Focus on compliance with environmental standards

• Familiarity with treatment plants is beneficial
