Position: Field Operator Opportunity AB
NSB Omega is hiring a Field Operator for a significant Oil & Gas client in Cold Lake, AB, offering a 7/7 schedule. In this position, you will ensure operational safety and equipment reliability while managing daily tasks.

As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in implementing daily objectives and maintaining safety standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment and wells, participating in safety discussions, and ensuring the accurate reporting of operational events. Working collaboratively, you will be pivotal in preventing equipment failures and managing maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement safety and health objectives daily

• Attend toolbox and safety meetings regularly

• Identify optimizations for equipment and operations

• Document operational events and address deviations

• Support well intervention operations as required

Requirements:

• Secondary education with prior field technician experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• High standard for safety and environmental practices

• Knowledge of pipeline operations and project management

• Understanding of relevant regulations and preparedness procedures
