Environmental Compliance Advisor

Join the Sustainability Team as an Environmental Compliance Advisor II in Cold Lake, AB. Lead waste and TDG management initiatives while ensuring environmental compliance across Canadian assets.

In this office-based position, you will act as the primary contact for all environmental and regulatory matters related to waste management—coordinating initiatives, overseeing compliance, and developing strategic programs. Collaboration with multiple teams will drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Environmental Management Plans

• Serve as a liaison for compliance with regulators and stakeholders

• Conduct environmental inspections and audits

• Manage emergency response compliance programs for transportation

• Track and report on waste management KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field

• Experience with industrial environmental compliance

• Familiarity with TDG regulations and reporting

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to foster collaborative environments
