Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care

• Support nurses in providing routine care as per patient plans

• Facilitate organized activities and companionship for patients

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary health care teams

Requirements:

• Registration or practice permit with CLHA as an HCA

• Proof of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role

• Successful completion of a Medication Assistance Program preferred
