In this critical position reporting to the Director of Inventory, the Coordinator will manage both local and satellite inventory. You'll maintain certifications while tracking hazardous materials and coordinating purchases with vendors. Collaborating with TA Logistics is essential for meeting timely delivery and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee local stores and satellite warehousing for materials

• Manage vendor communications and monitor deliveries

• Perform incoming inspections and update inventory systems

• Prepare items for shipping with adherence to DG requirements

• Assist in training personnel as needed
Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory management and shipping roles

• Preference for candidates with military or aviation logistics experience

• Expertise in MS Office and ERP software

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Level II security clearance necessary
