Building Maintenance

Position: Building Maintenance Role
Join Points West Living as a Building Maintenance Care Partner in Cold Lake, Alberta. This role emphasizes maintaining a comfortable physical environment through routine inspections and repairs.

As a casual employee, you will bring at least two years of proven maintenance experience. Your key tasks will include conducting property inspections, making necessary repairs, and supporting health and safety standards. Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to foster a homelike atmosphere for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of building and grounds

• Execute minor repairs including drywall and painting

• Maintain and report on inventory of equipment

• Respond to repair requests in a timely manner

• Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent

• Two or more years of relevant maintenance experience

• Driver’s license and clean driving history

• Basic understanding of building systems and regulations

• Able to lift 50 lbs and undertake physical tasks
