Community Maintenance Technician at Compass

Reporting to the Community Manager, this position supports over 12,000 home sites in delivering safe, clean, and attractive living environments. Responsibilities include completing assigned work orders, general maintenance tasks such as lawn care and repair, and collaborating with contractors as needed. Your organizational skills will be vital in maintaining our community's quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders accurately as directed

• Manage relationships with outside contractors

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing and snow removal

• Clean roads and carry out temporary repairs

• Participate in safety training and report issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

• Qualifications in mechanical trades are a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Clean driver's abstract and valid driver’s license

• Availability for on-call duties
