Position: Compass Maintenance Specialist for Communities
Become a Maintenance Specialist with Compass and play a crucial role in managing vibrant residential communities across Canada. Ensure top-notch maintenance by coordinating work orders and daily upkeep.

In this role, you will report to the Community Manager and handle general maintenance across more than 70 locations. Responsibilities include fulfilling all work orders, overseeing contractors, and managing various maintenance projects. Your efforts will help create safe and welcoming environments for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all assigned work orders effectively

• Coordinate with outside contractors for maintenance needs

• Carry out essential tasks like pruning and light repairs

• Keep common areas clean and safe for residents

• Provide timely reports on maintenance issues

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience required

• Mechanical trade qualifications are advantageous

• Excellent organizational and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Flexibility for on-call responsibilities
