Window and Door Production Assembler

Assemble windows and doors with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment on Cornerstone Building Brands’ Production Team. Apply a safety mindset.

As a Production Assembler, you will fabricate and inspect components for Ply Gem Canada products. Prepare materials from production orders, assemble frames, glass panels, hardware, seals, and screens, and complete related production tasks. Quality, accuracy, and safe equipment operation guide your work.

• Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors
• Prepare materials using tools, saws, and automated equipment
• Perform glazing, screen fitting, packaging, and production tasks
• Conduct measurements and report product quality concerns
• Maintain safe areas and prepare finished products for shipment

• Six months to one year of relevant experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and age eighteen or older
