Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, quality patient and family-centered care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions

• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills daily

• Support health promotion and maintenance initiatives

• Advocate for patients and their families effectively

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program

• Active or eligible for registration with CRNA

• Two years of front-line RN experience in emergency/critical care

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Familiarity with IV initiation and management preferred
