The division is focused on ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed and has designated numeracy and student mental health and wellness as division priorities.

Northern Lights Public Schools invites applications for the following position:

We requirea part-time

Bus Driver commencing with the start of the  school year. The assignments involve working in the Cold Lake region. This position will be 3-4 hours per day with shifts in the morning and the afternoon.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Picking up and delivering students to and from school from their residences
• Be responsible for the operation and undertaking of the assigned school bus according to division policies and procedures

Preference will be given to applicants who:

• Possess a valid Class 2 license or 4 with the S endorsement Experience operating a school bus
• Have a clear commercial drivers abstract
• Successful passing a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Experience operating special needs bus equipment

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and provide a criminal record check which includes the Vulnerable Sector Check.
