Every day, nurses, physicians, and other medical workers rely on laboratory professionals to perform tests on body fluids and tissue samples, interpret the results and help provide a complete picture of a patient’s health.

Without this precise and valuable information, medicine would simply be guesswork.

This position will rotate between multiple clinics - including Sartell, Southway, Northway, and Clearwater labs.

Schedule
  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
  • Monday
    - Friday | Rotating shifts between 7:30am - 4:30pm and 8am-5pm
Pay and Benefits
  • Starting pay begins at $23.33 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $22.72 - $34.94 per hour
  • $10,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus available

Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician (CLT / MLT) program or other qualifications as outlined by CLIA regulations
  • ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months, with the first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam
  • Must pass the State of Minnesota X-ray operator’s test within six months of hire date
  • Transportation available for off campus laboratory related activities may be required
  • A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required
Hiring incentives eligibility

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous Centra Care employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements:
Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for Centra Care in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the primary work location and relocate within 30 miles of the primary work location.
