. We are looking for a Speech Licensed Therapist to join the team at Benedictine Living Community
, in Cold Spring, MN

Position Type: PRN

Wage Range: $55 / hour

Location: 715 1st St N, Cold Spring, MN 56320

• Assess & Diagnose Communication Disorders:
  Evaluate patient needs and deficits such as but not limited to patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:
  Create personalized therapy programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient
• Provide Speech & Language Therapy:
  Conduct exercises and interventions to improve communication and speech abilities
• Educate & Support Patients & Families:
  Teach strategies for effective communication and techniques to improve daily life
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Treatment:
  Track patient improvements, document progress, and modify therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with Healthcare & Education Teams:
  Work with doctors, teachers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive support for patients

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree
• Must possess a current accredited MN Speech Therapist License
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care
• Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home care practices
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
