Sanitation Worker
! This position starts at $19.71/hour plus $1/hour shift differential and offers a $4/hour perfect attendance bonus that is paid out weekly.

Sanitation Workers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas on a daily basis.

• Disassemble production equipment to allow for thorough cleaning.
• Rinse down area with high-pressure hoses.
• Foam equipment and work area and then scrub them as needed.
• Rinse equipment and work area to ensure all chemicals and soils are removed.
• Inspect cleaned equipment and work area to ensure cleanliness.
• Reassemble equipment in work area.
• Report all mechanical problems to Supervisor, Lead, or Maintenance.
• Complete mandatory safety, food safety/GMP, and chemical training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures and sanitation chemicals preferred.
• Food or production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work from ladder and personal/scissor lift.
• Ability to work in a hot, high humidity environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use hands for 8-11 hours per day
• Ability to work with industrial strength chemicals
• Excellent attendance required.
• Ability to work overtime as assigned.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly with repetitive motion work.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense to deal with problems in standardized situations
• Must be a team player.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good hand and eye coordination required.
• Must maintain good personal hygiene
