What You'll Do:

Safely operate the equipment as stated by the company's GMPs and Safety protocols

Assist in the setup and control of the FEFO/FIFO Inventory System to ensure uninterrupted flow of product and materials

Model loads and paperwork handling best practices

Train/mentor new hires as assigned by the Supervisors Make sure production has the correct packaging for the dayKeep an accurate count of the finished product

Verify product is properly labeled with date code, pallet number, state, on hold, etc.

Submit daily counts to the office at the end of each shift

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety What You Need to Bring:

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-speed production environment in the past 3 years

Ability to operate a sit-down forklift

Verbal and written communication skills in English Willingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicals

Willingness to work in a production and warehouse environment, including forklifts, equipment, and damp floors

May be required to work and direct in confined spaces and work with high pressure steam

Ability to regularly bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers and visitors
