JOB SUMMARY:

As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for generating revenue by selling products or services primarily over the phone or through digital channels. Your duties include identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting product information, qualifying the opportunities, and closing sales deals. You will also be using CRM systems to manage customer data and track progress. Effective communication, persuasion, and a strong understanding of the offerings are key skills in this role, as you work to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

WHAT

YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Identifying and researching potential opportunities through various sources, including databases, social media, and industry publications.
  • Conducting outbound calls and emails to initiate contact with key contacts & accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to communicate their value to customers effectively.
  • Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
  • Consulting with designers, general contractors, & subcontractors to create win‑win‑win solutions.
  • Providing tours of facilities and educating the clients on the production process, capabilities, and possibilities.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintaining an organized, up‑to‑date, and qualified sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborating with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for potential customers.
