Floating Teller

As a Floating Teller, you are one of the friendly faces our members count on. This position is based out of MCCU’s Coldwater branch, but as a floater you may be asked to support any of our three branches (mileage included, of course). You will process transactions accurately, assist with account questions, and help members understand the products and services that best fit their needs.
From deposits and withdrawals to answering questions about financial options, you play a key role in making every visit smooth, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
- Stay up‑to‑date on banking policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure transactions
- Promote and cross‑sell financial products that help members achieve their financial goals
- Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and growing your skills along the way
- Represent MCCU with professionalism and genuine care for our members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (additional compensation available!)
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (with a weekday off to balance it out)
