Psychiatrist - Coldwater

Insight is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at our Coldwater Hospital (274 E Chicago St, Coldwater, MI 49036).

This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient and hospital-based care while serving the needs of the local community.

What You'll Do

* Deliver patient-centered care in clinic and hospital settings.

* Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

* Provide medical direction for the clinic concerning patient care activities

* Participate in the development, execution, and annual review of written policies and procedures.

* Participate in review of health records, QI projects, and attend department/committee meetings.

* Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and minor procedures.

* Collaborate with specialists and provide clinical support for APPs.

* Document encounters thoroughly and accurately.

What We're Looking For

* MD or DO degree;
Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry.

* Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
