Meet with community members to discuss their unique insurance needs and potential gaps in coverage.

Educate clients on the value of different insurance products like home, auto, and life policies.

Guide individuals through the application process to ensure they receive the best protection for their situation.

Follow up with new and existing clients to address questions and provide ongoing support.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and connect with residents.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Property and Casualty insurance license or the willingness to obtain one immediately upon hiring.

Strong comfort level with engaging new people and building rapport.

Basic computer literacy for navigating insurance platforms.

Genuine interest in helping neighbors protect what matters most.

Patience and clarity when explaining complex information to others.
