• Master our safety and quality procedures
• Support processing and melting of aluminum scrap
• Transfer molten aluminum into molds with precision
• Operate power equipment and keep your area organized and safe
• Collaborate closely with teammates and communicate respectfully

• $22.72/hr starting as a direct hire, with scheduled increases and a skills training plan

• Training phase:
  Day shift, 8.25 hours, Monday–Friday
• Regular shift after training:
  Rotating 12-hour days, 6:45am–7:00pm, on a 3–2–2–3 pattern

• Comfort operating power equipment
• Ability to work on a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal communication; respectful with others
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; detail-oriented; able to follow instructions
• Preferred:
  Prior foundry environment experience
