Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, the company operates 17 plants across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, converting aluminum scrap and by‑products into reusable metal for a growing range of industrial applications. Advanced technologies allow the processing of a large variety of scrap and dross while reducing residual waste that would otherwise end up in landfills.

• 1st shift Shipping and Receiving Labor; 6:45 am to 3 pm, starting wage $23.40 per hour.
• Learn our safety and quality procedures.
• Build skills in inventory management, metal handling, loading/unloading of materials, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in a heavy‑industry environment that upholds high safety and quality standards.
• Perform ancillary tasks such as breaking up and loading salt cake, recording and verifying material weights, maintaining yard housekeeping standards, and supporting inventory accuracy.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to pre‑plan, follow detailed instructions, learn and apply new skills, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate power equipment.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to perform any additional duties required by the business.
