Tool Crib Attendant - 2nd Shift

* Prepare, organize, and dispatch work order job packets to production operators based on schedule priority and supervisor direction.
* Ensure all job packets include necessary special tooling, fixtures, and quality check gauges before release to the floor.
* Communicate with production, quality, and planning teams to confirm readiness and resolve missing information or tooling conflicts.
* Work with Material Handler and Set-Up personnel to pre-stage jobs and material
* Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and PPE requirements.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tool crib and dispatch area.
* High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or manufacturing coursework preferred.
* 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or tool crib environment preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of manufacturing job packets, tooling systems, and quality inspection equipment.
* Basic understanding of CNC machining and fabrication processes is beneficial.
