• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably inpatient or outpatient
• Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, side effects, and administration protocols
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the ANA

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications and monitor efficacy and side effects
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health topics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach, including discharge planning and aftercare

Salary: $52,050 to $83,970 per year.
