Responsibilities- Prepare hot and cold menu items using grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line.
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycle and standardized recipes.
- Conduct taste tests and preparation to maintain quality and palatability.
- Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and presentation of food products required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
