Experienced RV Service Technician

Overview

Flat‑rate Service Technician – diagnose, repair and inspect large RV units with minimal supervision. 4+ years technical experience and state inspection license required. Pay potential $30 per hour.

• Work on any RV unit arriving at the service department.
• Apply specialty certification and pursue continuing education.
• Produce consistent repairs and maintain minimum customer satisfaction scores.
• Share knowledge and best practices to build team performance.

• Experience in RV industry and/or mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or maintenance work.
• State inspector’s license.
• 4+ years technical field experience.
• Personal tool set.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, bend for long periods.
• Lift 25–50 lbs with assistive device.
• Work in heat, cold, dust, loud noises.
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays (closed Sundays).
• Neat, clean, professional appearance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company vision, mission, values.
