The Dock Forklift Driver is responsible for moving, staging, and preparing finished goods for shipment within the warehouse. This position operates a forklift to transport materials, build and secure pallets, and ensure shipments are properly banded, wrapped, and labeled.

• Operate a forklift to transport and stage materials within the warehouse and shipping dock.
• Move finished goods to designated shipping areas.
• Band, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
• Apply and verify shipping labels for accuracy.
• Ensure orders are organized and prepared according to shipping schedules.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory movements and general warehouse duties as needed.

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or shipping operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

HS diploma or equivalent required

1+ years of previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred

Production/Manufacturing environment

Lift up to 75 lbs. frequently.

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time.

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
