Family Practice - OB Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Colebrook, NH. This full-time, outpatient position involves providing comprehensive, high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population across all ages, with a particular emphasis on chronic disease management and care for an aging population. Physicians maintain theirown patient panels and are supported by a collaborative clinical team,including an RN Team Leader and a Medical Assistant.

Schedule & Practice Details:

• Outpatient only, full-time(36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours)
• Typical patient volume:16-22 patients per day
• EMR:
  Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
• May participate in day-timecall rotation (no after-hours call)
• Clinical support from RNTeam Leader and MA

Requirements:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• Successful completion of an accredited residency (ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC)
• Current ACLS and BLScertification through the American Heart Association
• Comfortable managing apersonal patient panel and working independently
• Strong experience in chronic disease management, especially with an elderly population
