This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of up to $7,500, student loan repayment and relocation (if necessary).

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH), an affiliate of North Country Healthcare, is a 16-bed critical access hospital serving 20 communities and 8,500 people in its service area which includes communities in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex‑medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The Staff Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.

Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.

Please note:

All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three‑day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.

Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
