Accounts Assistant

Your new role Reporting to the Company Accountant, you will support the day-to-day activities of the finance department. This varied position will involve:
Reviewing, preparing and reconciling invoices Completing data entry and processing through Sage Using Sage Line 50 and bespoke internal software Working extensively with Microsoft Excel Liaising with Contracts Managers regarding invoice queries Communicating with clients and suppliers Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries Supporting the wider finance team with additional duties as required What you'll get in return
