This is a key operational role within one of Northern Ireland’s most respected automotive retailers. You’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles to an exceptional standard, ensuring every car that reaches our customers reflects the precision, care, and craftsmanship associated with the BMW brand. Working across our sites, you’ll support the smooth flow of vehicles, maintain immaculate presentation, and contribute directly to the customer experience.

• Cleaning, washing, and vacuuming vehicles to a consistently high and meticulous standard
• Safely moving vehicles between sites and designated areas
• Reporting and recording any vehicle damage promptly and accurately
• Refuelling vehicles when required
• Supporting the wider team with additional duties as needed

We’re seeking someone who brings reliability, pride, and a strong work ethic to every task. You’ll be comfortable working independently in a busy environment and motivated to deliver high‑quality results. A meticulous eye for detail is essential, ensuring every vehicle leaves our care in flawless condition.

• Previous experience in a valeting or similar role
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast‑paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to premium presentation standards
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Physically capable of undertaking manual work
