What we are looking for We are in search of a technically adept and customer-focused candidate with a passion for luxury cars :
Demonstrable experience as a Technician within the automotive industry, preferably Mercedes-Benz Advanced knowledge in automotive systems, diagnostics, and first-time repair Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Relevant automotive technician qualifications A full, clean UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues Performing maintenance and repair work according to Mercedes-Benz standards Providing detailed reports and recommendations post-assessment Demonstrates strong communication skills with team and customers Stays updated with the latest automotive technology and systems
