INFORM3 are currently recruiting a Stocks and Whereabouts Controller for utility projects based in Louth.

The client has over 30 years’ experience in Civil Engineering and have an excellent reputation amongst their clients for achieving consistent high-quality work on their projects.

Stock and Whereabouts Controller
Requirements:

• Compiling proposed locations from subcontractors into a standardized format.
• Notifying clients and local councils of upcoming works in a timely manner.
• Securing necessary permissions from local councils with ample notice.
• Providing crews with documentation for onsite review using the ARC GIS system.
• Requesting access permissions to other providers' networks through their portals.
• Meticulously organizing and maintaining stock and materials.
• Signing for and scanning deliveries into the ERP system, and running transfer reports.
• Handling time-sensitive correspondence to confirm or dispute deliveries.
• Ensuring inventory is properly accounted for and managed.
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory counts.
• Performing audits to ensure records match physical products.
• Assessing inventory levels to meet demand requirements.
• Preparing orders for subcontractor collection.

Stock and Whereabouts Controller
Specification:

• Minimum 3 years Industry experience
• Experience on organising men and ordering materials
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Forklift experience is desirable
• Full Driving License
