As they enter a new phase of growth, they're looking for a dynamic Finance & Commercial Director to help shape their future.

This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation with the agility of a commercial business and the values of the NHS. You'll sit at the heart of a newly restructured Board, leading financial strategy, commercial performance, and long-term sustainability across a diverse portfolio of estates, facilities, sustainability, medical engineering and capital project services. What you'll lead Long-term financial strategy, planning and reporting.

Commercial strategy, contract performance and negotiations. Business development and growth opportunities. Governance, assurance and risk management. Efficiency, transformation and value-for-money programmes. What you'll bring A professional accountancy qualification (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW). Senior financial leadership experience in a contract-driven environment. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing FM/estates contracts. A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with public-service ethos. Experience working with public-sector clients - ideally the NHS.
