Senior Quantity Surveyor

MCS Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our client, a growing infrastructure and engineering business operating across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business working across energy, renewables and data centre projects, playing a key role in strengthening the commercial function and supporting ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities Manage projects commercially from tender through to final account Monitor costs, margins, forecasts and overall financial performance Manage valuations, variations, change control and subcontractor costs Support tendering, procurement and commercial reporting Identify commercial risks and opportunities Provide commercial insight to senior management Help develop commercial processes as the business continues to grow About You Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction, engineering or infrastructure Strong commercial and financial awareness Experience managing projects from tender through to final account NEC contract experience is highly desirable Electrical, MEP/MEICA or infrastructure experience is preferred Energy, renewables, data centre or wider infrastructure experience is desirable Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills Candidates from QS through to Managing QS level will be considered To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Liam Williamson Senior Technical and Engineering Consultant at MCS Group Even if this position is not right for you, we may have others that are.
