Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for our Coleraine branch. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling in-branch and phone interactions, processing transactions, and solving problems with a multi-skilled approach.
You’ll join a supportive, flexible team committed to improving the customer experience, with a rotation across 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, and opportunities to develop knowledge of our products and services.
