Trust Ford in Coleraine is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site, permanent team. You will excel in a selling/customer service environment, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive information while meeting deadlines.
A minimum of two years in a customer-facing role is required, with a strong people focus and enthusiasm to contribute to the team and customers. The role includes a comprehensive training programme, plus a performance-related bonus and 33 days of holiday.
