Full Academic Year Revised Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in St Mellons, Cardiff, for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a welcoming primary school while gaining valuable long-term experience.

The Role Support pupils across the primary age range in the classroom. Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support where required. Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment. Assist with classroom preparation and daily routines. We're Looking For Experience working with children in a school or similar setting. A positive, patient and proactive approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or eligibility to register.
