As the Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead and develop the maintenance and engineering team. Improve plant reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programmes. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement activity. Manage engineering budgets, contractors and spare parts. Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, PLC, SCADA and automation systems. Deliver engineering and capital projects from scope through to commissioning. Ensure strong health & safety, statutory and engineering compliance.
The ideal candidate will have:
Several years of experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role within manufacturing. Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with electrical and automation experience.
Experience with CMMS, OEE, PLC, SCADA and industrial process systems. Proven experience managing teams, budgets, contractors and capital projects.
