We offer specialised care across three dedicated units:
Dementia Nursing, Dementia Residential, and Frail Elderly Nursing, all focused on delivering compassionate, person‑centred support.

The RoleYou will pride yourself on providing high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity, and staff feel valued and supported. As part of our frontline team, you will play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operations of the Home, assisting with activities of daily living ensuring the wellbeing and comfort of residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will also provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting a sense of compassion; an advocacy for the rights and preferences of our residents.
The Role Main Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life.
- Help residents maintain independence where possible, encouraging involvement in activities.
- Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents' well‑being and reporting any changes in their health or behaviour.
- Follow care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.
