Catering Assistant is required for an immediate start within a hospital environment in the Coleraine area. This is a temporary, ongoing assignment initially for a 3-month period, with the potential for extension. Hours will be worked on a rota basis and will include evenings and weekends.

Hours of work are 7:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–7:30pm. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.22 on Saturdays, and £22.34 per hour on Sundays. Shift patterns will vary, with start times from as early as 7:00am and finishes as late as 7:30pm.

• Assisting with food preparation and service
• Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Serving meals to patients in the wards

• Previous catering experience
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and hard-working attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to undergo an Access NI police check

• High quality training
• A minimum of 28 days paid holidays (pro rata)
