Our HR Advisor will provide support to staff within the business.
- Recruitment and induction of new staff members
- Conduct disciplinary meetings
- Provide relevant training and information to staff
- Calculate staff pay and process payroll on a monthly basis
- Review pay in accordance with legislation
- Submission of returns to HMRC
- Deal with employee queries
- Oversee employee benefit schemes
- Ensure training targets are met
- Book travel arrangements for offsite training
Your profile
- Hold a degree in HR/Level 5 CIPD
- Experience inSage payroll
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and dynamic approach
- Fully UK driver licence
