We're working with a growing organisation in the manufacturing space- this is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced environment.
The Role
We're working with an organisation in the retail environment on an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support professional to join their internal IT team.
This is a hands-on role supporting colleagues across the business, providing day-to-day technical support while also getting involved in wider IT improvements and projects. It's ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users and developing their technical skillset in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll be Doing
- Provide 1st line ICT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
- Work closely with the ICT team and other departments to identify and implement improvements in ICT support and communication.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
- Support the implementation of new software, workflows and IT processes, including user training.
- Contribute to ICT projects, documentation and continuous improvement across the organisation
About You
- Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support / service desk role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra basic networking.
- Confident supporting both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
