Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing production, inventory control, and supply chain management. Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to ensure the smooth execution of projects, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards. Process Improvement:
Identify, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive cost reductions. Project Management:

Experience:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a small to medium-sized engineering firm. Leadership
