This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fabrication Department. You'll lead a skilled team of welders and fabricators, ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting the wider production plan.

The Opportunity Lead the day-to-day operation of the Fabrication Department Plan and coordinate production activities to meet customer deadlines Supervise, motivate and develop a team of welders and fabricators Monitor productivity, quality and workflow across the department Drive continuous improvement, reducing downtime and rework Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards and production procedures What You'll Need Minimum 5 years' fabrication or welding experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding techniques and quality standards Experience in production planning and workflow management Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills What's on Offer Competitive salary Excellent opportunities for career progression Join one of Northern Ireland's leading engineering manufacturers Work on major projects across data centres, renewables, transport and construction Supportive culture with ongoing investment in people and technology If you're an experienced Fabrication Supervisor or a Senior Fabricator looking to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
